A Child is Born Embroidery Workshop with Kelly Campanelli (Lexington)
Ms. Kelly is back this year to teach the beautiful A Child Is Born quilt by Claudia's Creations, made in the hoop! This 3-day machine embroidery/sewing class will teach:
∙Multi-hooping machine embroidery.
∙Claudia’s technique for doing perfect quarter inch borders.
∙Stablizing using Terial Magic and Shapeflex 101.
This is a highly requested class, so early sign up is strongly encouraged. If class is full and you would be interested in being contacted for the next session, please join the wait list and we will let you know when we schedule again. Quilt kit and pattern not included in class price, please contact store for purchase.
Suitable for comfortable beginners. If you have an embroidery machine, you must bring it with you to club. Embroidery machine must be capable of at least an 8x12 hoop. If you do not have an embroidery machine and would like to attend, please call the Lexington store at (859) 286-5192 or email erin@thomassewingcenter.com to inquire about using a store machine (additional charge may apply). Store machines are very limited and not available unless previously arranged, so please call as soon as you are able.
