Embroidery Club- February 2023- Greenup
In this months embroidery club, you'll love stitching out this one of a kind design on a shirt or tote bag just in time for March Madness! We will have UK and UofL fabrics available for you to choose from for the applique portion of this design, that was created by our very own Becky Kirk of Thomas Sewing Center!
You will need to bring the shirt of your choice to stitch on, and we will provide stabilizer, thread, fabric for applique, the embroidery design for you to stitch out at home as well as instruction for completing this design.
You will need an embroidery machine and a hoop at least 6x10 or larger. We will have thread available but you are encouraged to bring thread with you in order to have the thread color of your preference, as we will have limited numbers of each color. We will have small embroidery snips available but if you have a comfortable pair you prefer, please bring them with you.

| Skill Details: | You should be comfortable using your embroidery machine. You will need to remove and replace your embroidery hoop for applique and you will be trimming fabric from the outer edges of stitching for applique. |
| Requirements: | Embroidery Machine with 6x10 hoop or larger (we have 3 classroom machines available for use if you can not bring your machine, but you must call to reserve the machine as they are provided first come first served.) |
