Beginner Sewing with Janice Brown- GREENUP
Welcome to the wonderful world of sewing with Thomas Sewing Center! We are so excited to introduce this beginner sewing class to help you learn how to create the projects of your dreams!
Goals for the Class:
* Learn how to thread your sewing machine and wind a bobbin.
* Learn the different functions of a sewing machine, how to adjust your machine and complete different stitches.
* How to remove and change sewing feet.
* How to adjust tension.
* How to measure and sew straight lines, turning and navigating corners.
* How to trim seam allowances.
* General knowledge about needles and bobbins.
* Learn basic sewing terminology.
* Make a small pillowcase.
