Perfect Fit Top with Judy Kessinger - LEXINGTON
We are so excited to have Judy Kessinger back at Thomas Sewing Center! She has previously taught Fit, Fashion & Fun and Lady Legs, all receiving rave reviews! You won't want to miss this class or the Serger Blouse class found HERE
In this class you'll learn how to fit yourself every time with this Perfect Fit Top! Judy will measure each person and make sure your pattern is perfect before stitching and you'll leave with a finished top.
Lunch will be provided, please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Supply List:
- FitNice Master Top Pattern (available at Thomas Sewing Center)
- 1.5 to 2 yards of Knit fabric of your choice. Any knit with good amount of stretch will do! Please prewash your fabric. Knit fabric will be available at Thomas Sewing Center.
- Schmetz size 12 or 14 stretch needle
- Polyester thread to match your fabric
- Sewing machine & standard accessories (scissors, seam ripper, etc.)
- Surge Protector
- Personal iron if desired
- A BIG SMILE

Class Policies
- We ask that all attendees be respectful towards the instructor, staff, and fellow students. Sewing is fun, and we hope to create an environment where everyone can enjoy themselves and their craft!
- Unless otherwise noted, classes are open to anyone age 14 and up. Ages 10 through 13 welcome as a student if a parent or guardian is also attending the class.
- Regretfully, out of respect to our instructors and their schedules, class fees cannot be refunded or credited unless we are given greater than 48 hours notice. If you are unable to attend class, but there is an associated kit, please contact the store to arrange pickup.
- Most classes require the use of your own machine, unless otherwise noted. Please refer to each individual class description for more information on class requirements. Machines may be available to rent for the class, please ask the staff at TSC about machine rental.
- If there is a technique or project you would like to learn, please let us know! We want to help you learn and grow, and always welcome new ideas and suggestions!

| Instructor Bio: | Judy Kessinger started her career owning and operating a small retail fabric store in Louisville, Kentucky. She traveled nationwide holding seminars for Hancock Fabrics for over 25 years, designed costumes for national and international figure skaters and created a fast and easy way to conquer fitting problems for that field. |
