The art of cutwork can be traced back all the way to the 14th century. In a fashion sense, the art of cutwork is prevalent on clothing such as shirts and dresses. Embroidery cutwork adds a touch of feminine elegance to any garment. Even the most casual of shirts can become evening wear with the addition of cutwork embroidery.
Our Cut It Out Collection includes 21 full designs in two sizes each, plus 13 isolated designs in one size, all digitized to be stitched out on clothing. The tutorial will take you step-by-step on how to achieve this exquisite look. Using paper templates, we will show you how to place and then stitch out your cutwork designs on a garment of your choice.
