If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item in the same condition that you received it. The item needs to be in the original packaging, and you need to include proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or notify you if we have any further questions. In most cases we can simply refund to the credit card which you placed the order with. Most cards take 3-5 business days to process a refund, this time frame will depend on your individual card company. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item unless otherwise stated by an authorized representative of our company.
